I haven't received an email or download!

Paddle sends 2 e-mails after the purchase. Usually it can take up to 15 minutes until this e-mail arrives in your mailbox. If this is not the case, please check the SPAM folder.

How can I customize my invoice?

In the email of Paddle there is a link with which you can store your contact details for your invoice.

Where can I find the invoice for my purchase?

After your purchase Paddle sends 2 e-mails. One of them contains a link to your invoice, the so-called invoice. The invoice can easily be downloaded there.

I forgot to enter my VAT ID!

If you forgot to enter your VAT ID when you made your purchase. (VAT), then simply contact Paddle, stating the order number (Order-ID.) and your VAT ID. (VAT-ID.) to Paddle.

Usually paddle needs 1-2 days to refund your tax and correct your invoice.

Are you using a webmailer? Our recommendation is to use an e-mail program. Some webmailers unfortunately tend to replace the “/” in the download URL with a “%2F” so that the link no longer works.
